CONVERT RM TO MKV, 3IVX TO MKV
RM is a multimedia container format created by RealNetworks. RealMedia file extension is *.rm. It is typically used in conjunction with RealVideo and RealAudio and is popular for streaming content on the Internet.

MKV is a common video file defined by Matroska Media, a new multimedia package format. The feature of MKV is that it could hold many types of encoded video, audio and subtitles stream.

To convert rm to mkv file, please install the latest RealPlayer if Windows has not installed it. Download RealMedia Splitter. Unzip the file with WinRAR, use the command line "regsvr32 RealMediaSplitter.ax" to register it. Or download the bat file to Release folder, register it.

Besides, owing to high compression rate and fine image quality, it also becomes a quite popular format on network.

To convert 3IVX to mkv, please install 3ivx codec filter. 3ivx is only codec, it can be contained in *.avi, *.mp4, *.ogm file extension etc. Then convert a 3ivx file for 3ivx to mkv in the video converter.
