Filters, LUTs, and grading vs correction: every filter here is a per-pixel transform; a LUT (look-up table) pre-computes the transform for every possible input color, which is how cinematic "looks" are packaged and shared. Correction fixes what the camera got wrong (exposure, white balance); grading is a creative choice of palette. Applying any filter re-encodes every frame — see Video to MP4 for why.
