RMB Amount to Chinese Uppercase （人民币大写）

Convert a number into the formal Chinese financial uppercase used on invoices, cheques and contracts — 零壹贰叁肆伍陆柒捌玖 with the yuan 元, jiao 角, fen 分 and "整" rules. How it works: The integer part is grouped in fours with the 亿 / 万 units, zeros are folded once, then 元角分 and a closing 整 are appended.

Rules used: the uppercase numerals are 零 壹 贰 叁 肆 伍 陆 柒 捌 玖 and the units 拾 佰 仟 万 亿. Zeros inside a number are written once (1005 = 壹仟零伍) and a missing jiao before fen is marked with 零 (10.05 = 壹拾元零伍分). Whole amounts or amounts ending in jiao gain a closing 整 (10.50 = 壹拾元伍角整), unless you turn that off above. Up to 9999999999999 (13 digits, the 万亿 range) is supported; anything else is rejected with an inline message.
