Excel to Image

Turn a spreadsheet into ready-to-share images — load an .xlsx / .xls workbook and the active sheet is split into A4-proportioned pages (merged cells and column widths preserved), rendered locally and exported as PNG or JPG images packed into a ZIP file. Everything runs in your browser — no upload.
Pure frontend — pages are rendered and captured as images on this computer; nothing is uploaded. Unlike the server-side converter, this tool keeps your data 100% local and outputs pixel images instead of documents.

What "spreadsheet to image" really produces

The output is a pixel snapshot — PNG or JPG — not a document. Pixels cannot be re-sorted, searched or edited as a spreadsheet, so this tool is for sharing a fixed view (a report page, a table for a chat or a slide), not for archiving data. Keep the .xlsx as the source of truth and export images only when you need the picture.

Rendering uses your local fonts: a cell styled in a font your computer does not have falls back to a substitute, which can slightly change column wrapping. For editable output use the Excel Viewer / Editor; for converting between document formats use the Excel Converter.
