FLV means FLASH VIDEO. It is a new video format developed with the launch of Flash MX. FLV streaming media format makes online watching video possible with features of quite fast loading rate and rather small size it forms. Nowadays, all online video sites adopt FLV format, and as there're more and more video sites and podcasts sites, FLV as a newly born network format becomes more and more popular. Either Youtube, Google video as current most popular video sharing sites have adopted FLV as technical basis.

To synchronize/sync flv file, please install FLV Splitter and FFDSHOW. Run "regsvr32 FLVSplitter.ax" to register the FLV Splitter. 

Download Audio Video Synchronizer which can synchronize/sync audio/video of flv file. Click the Options button, select Output Format with WMV as the output format.

The program does not sync flash/swf directly, please convert them them to wmv first.

3IVX created by 3ivx Technologies is the basic coding for MPEG-4. It’s a compression format based on MPEG4 and quite similar to Xvid or DivX. 3IVX is not free to create film with 3ivx encoding program, while which could be freely downloaded and users need not setup Xvid and DivX decoders again for 3ivx encoding program’s being able to play all formats that supported by MPEG4. To synchronize 3IVX, please install 3ivx codec filter. 3ivx is only codec, it can be contained in *.avi, *.mp4, *.ogm, *.mkv file extension etc.
