Play or convert RMI MID RAM M4A on to Zune / Xbox 360
RMI refers to RIFF-RMID File Format used on Microsoft Windows. RMI is the extension of RMID file, which is simply a format of a standard MID File wrapped in a RIFF chunk. The only difference between rmi and mid is that rmi adds head information before mid file. In other words, rmi equals mid format

Zune is the name of both services that obtain and share the media content and a brand of Portable Media Player developed by Microsoft like iPod of Apple Inc.

Xbox is a video game console competing intensely with the Nintendo GameCube/Wii or Sony's PlayStation/(PS2/PS3).Microsoft has published versions Xenon, Xbox 2, Xbox FS, Xbox Next, or NextBox, XBOX 360.

Download Zune Xbox Converter to convert RMI MID to Zune/Xbox. Then use USB or networks to transfer the wma file. Or burn the files to CD/DVD, play disks on Xbox easily.

To play ram on Zune Xbox, please convert it to wma first on PC. Install the latest Real Player if your Windows system does not install it. Download RealMedia Splitter, use the command line "regsvr32 RealMediaSplitter.ax" to register it.


M4A is the standard file extension of MPEG4 audio. M4A is mentioned in it's standards that the extension of normal file is *.mp4, which becomes popular since itís firstly been used in iTunes and iPod by Apple to differ MPEG4ís audio from its video. Now almost all software that support mp4 could also support m4a files format.

To play convert m4a on Zune / Xbox, please install m4a decoder and m4a splitter. If the m4a is protected or encrypted, the conversion will fail.
